Lam Chun Sing, borne on 30th January 1952, is the youngest son of Lam Cho, who is the adopted son of Hung Kar Grand Master Lam Sai Wing.  He followed his father to learn Hung Kar Kung Fu when he was a boy.  He was taught to begin with Lau Ka Kuen, Kung Jiu Fuk Fu Kuen, and then Fu Hok Sheung Ying Kuen, the sequence being unchangeable.  His father (Lam Cho) was very serious in training all his children.  They had to practice three hours a day, otherwise they would be hanged up in midair by a iron chain.

Chun Sing set up his own gymnasium in Jordan of Hong Kong in 1973 but he closed it the next year before venturing into business.

Lam Cho Gymnasium  is situated on 3/F, Flat B, 34-36 Nullah Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.  In recent years, he has taken the place of his father as the in-charge of the Gymnasium.  He is the chief coach there.    Personal Class is available if booked in advance.  .
